Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-7 years of project experience, preferably in HR or workforce solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
Preferred: - Experience with AI/analytics-driven solutions in HR (e.g., talent intelligence, workforce analytics, AI recruiting)
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, generative AI, and automation tools
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar certification
- Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Project Managed large HR Workforce transition projects
- Executive level communication skills - will be presenting to the NBC Executive committee.
- Experienced in Resource and Capacity Management
- KPI Management and task management
HR AI Project Management Skills - Deep understanding of HR functions:
- Talent acquisition, Workforce planning, Performance management, Learning & Development
- Knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)
- Basic understanding of machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics
- Stakeholder Management and Communications
- Manage executive stakeholders' communications and scope

Sr. Project Manager, Workforce Solutions support areas - End-to-end project management ownership for HR AI initiatives within Workforce Solutions, including but not limited to:

- Establish and drive program structure, including:
- Detailed project plans and timelines
- Clear milestones, benchmarks, and success metrics
- Standardized delivery governance and reporting
- Manage delivery execution and oversight, including:
- Tracking progress against timelines and identifying risks/issues
- Proactively escalating blockers and driving resolution
- Monitoring team capacity and raising resourcing gaps
- Develop and maintain core project artifacts, including:
- Detailed project timelines
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Status reporting and executive-ready updates, including hosting weekly project status meetings
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, including:
- Direct coordination with HR leadership
- Ensuring consistent communication across HR and enterprise AI stakeholders
- Provide visibility into HR AI landscape, including:
- Monitoring AI/agent use cases being developed across HR
- Communicating insights to leadership
- Highlighting opportunities, overlaps, and risks across initiatives
- Track and assess emerging HR AI use cases, such as:
- Broader employee/manager-facing AI agent capabilities
