Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams and complex water resources projects.
• Minimum of 10 years in civil engineering with a focus on project management and client relations.
• Strong track record in managing project budgets, schedules, and staff assignments effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field such as Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• IA Professional Engineer's License or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and open to periodic travel.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water resources planning and design projects from start to finish.
• Develop practical solutions by understanding client needs and project constraints.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work, budgets, and schedules, and manage project delivery.
• Strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients to expand opportunities.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across various engineering and technical fields.
• Oversee the creation of project reports, studies, and engineering design documents.
• Mentor engineers and project managers to support their professional development.
• Coordinate hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for water quality and planning decisions.
