What You'll Do:Project Leadership & Delivery- Lead environmental assessment, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment projects from due diligence through closure
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, and technical teams across multidisciplinary projects
- Execute projects under regulatory programs including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, Ohio EPA VAP, and other state/federal frameworks
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, client satisfaction, and project profitability
Client & Business Development- Build and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sectors
- Identify new opportunities and lead proposal development and pursuits
- Collaborate with Client Development Leaders and Practice Leaders to grow market share
Strategy, Funding & Innovation- Develop and support funding strategies including USEPA and state brownfield grant programs
- Support grant applications and redevelopment funding initiatives
- Implement innovative site assessment practices and remediation technologies
Leadership & Collaboration- Lead and mentor environmental technical teams across the Midwest and Great Lakes region
- Collaborate with National and Regional Practice Leaders on strategic initiatives and pursuits
- Contribute to technical leadership through publications, presentations, and industry engagement
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 15-20+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Proven experience managing complex environmental assessment and remediation projects
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and state programs
- Demonstrated success in project management, client service, and team leadership
Preferred- Professional licensure (PE, PG, or similar)
- Experience with brownfield redevelopment and funding programs (USEPA, state grants)
- Strong business development and proposal leadership experience
- Established external presence through technical publications or presentations
Salary Range:The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications.
