The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager - Trade Shows, Events & Permanent Installations to bring some of our most ambitious experiences to life.

You'll be the operational force behind custom-built trade show exhibits, brand environments, permanent installations, and large-scale event activations. From the first estimate to final installation, you'll own the details, drive timelines, manage budgets, solve problems, and bring together the people and partners needed to deliver exceptional work.

You'll work closely with Account Services, Design, Production, vendors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard. You'll also play an important role in supporting our Global Estimating process.

If you're someone who loves building, planning, problem-solving, and turning big ideas into real-world experiences, this is a role where you'll be at the center of it all.

What You'll Do
  • Own the project from start to finish, managing scope, schedules, budgets, production, and execution with confidence.
  • Bring structure to complex projects, building and maintaining work-back schedules and Implementation Plans that keep everyone aligned.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, anticipating challenges, finding solutions, and keeping projects moving when things change.
  • Partner across teams, working closely with Account Services, Design, Production, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to bring the vision to life.
  • Turn creative ideas into reality, applying your production expertise to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and built to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage budgets and costs, making smart decisions that keep projects on or under budget.
  • Support Global Estimating by developing accurate, timely, and thoughtful cost estimates.
  • Manage materials and vendors, including sourcing, purchase orders, subcontractor coordination, and supplier services.
  • Work with Design to select finishes, confirm availability, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Keep communication clear and proactive, using project management systems and regular updates to ensure teams and stakeholders stay informed.
  • Champion our processes and standards, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
  • Close the loop, thoroughly reconciling operational elements and participating in post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help grow our team, mentoring Project Managers and Project Coordinators and sharing your expertise along the way.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of project management experience in the exhibit, events, experiential, or related industry; BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
  • A passion for people, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural problem solver who stays calm, curious, and solutions-focused when challenges arise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work across teams and with clients.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to build trusted, meaningful client relationships.
  • Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of exhibit design rules, regulations, production materials, and fabrication processes.
  • The flexibility to work extended hours when needed and travel for on-site project delivery.
