Job DescriptionTerracon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a key contributor to the Quality Project & Delivery (QP&D) team supporting the National Account Program/PMO and project delivery needs of our PG&T clients.
ResponsibilitiesGeneral ResponsibilitiesManages the delivery of medium to large, environmental, geotechnical, and materials engineering projects supporting Power Generation & Transmission (PG&T) renewable energy development. Responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk management, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-disciplinary projects through the project lifecycle (initiation through closeout)
- Partner with clients, National Account Managers, local, regional, and national Terracon professionals, and other stakeholders to define scope, budget, schedule, and other project deliverables
- Manage project performance, including schedule and cost management, resource planning, and issue resolution
- Champion safety, quality, and risk management in accordance with corporate policies and client requirements
- Mentor and support local, regional, and national professionals, including project managers and technical staff
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years' related experience
- Professional registration (PE, PG, or equivalent) preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
