Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Executives on project planning and risk assessment.
• Lead project construction teams and manage staffing needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the construction phase.
• Oversee single large complex projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project delivery strategies and risk mitigation plans with the project team.
• Manage all aspects of project budgets, including cost projections and payment schedules.
