Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management.
• Track record of managing large, complex projects and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of various building systems, including HVAC and lighting.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with all stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Executives to assess project constructability and risk.
• Lead the project construction team and manage staffing.
• Act as the primary contact for clients during the construction phase.
• Oversee a large complex project or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
• Maintain and enhance positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project delivery strategies in collaboration with the team.
• Manage budget reporting, revenue projections, and change orders.
