Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, specifically in sitework or heavy civil projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects under budget and on schedule.
• In-depth knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Experience in mentoring junior staff and leading project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to advance into operational roles within the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience.
