As a successful Project Manager you will:
- Oversee multiple commercial restoration projects - water intrusion and reconstruction - ensuring adherence to safety standards, scope specifications, and financial goals.
- Apply expert knowledge of structural water intrusion remediation protocols and reconstruction/rebuild scopes.
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution, including schedules, budgets, submittals, billings, and quality control across mitigation and rebuild phases.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers, technicians, and crew leads; contribute to talent development and team success.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals; build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors; support sales and business development goals.
- Coordinate with internal mitigation, reconstruction, and contents teams and manage subcontractor and trade partner relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and process all project-related documentation, estimates, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, AP/AR, payroll, and cost forecasts.
- Utilize software tools such as Procore, HH2, and Microsoft Office for efficient project management, moisture-mapping documentation, and reporting.
- Track job progress, monitor drying equipment placement and readings, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports using Procore and moisture-monitoring software.
Our ideal Project Manager candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or 6+ years of experience in construction-related industry preferred
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring project teams preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience required; business development skills and experience are a plus.
- Proficient in using project management software such as Procore to track job progress, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and profitability targets.
- Valid driver's license
