Full Job Description
Job Description:

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to drive the successful migration of insightsoftware's Equity Management platform. This is a high-impact, external-facing role where you'll serve as the primary customer advocate while working closely with enterprise banking clients and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to deliver complex, highly customized platform transformations. You'll manage the complete delivery experience across 10+ concurrent enterprise migrations, serving as the customer interface while internally coordinating cross-functional execution. This is NOT an internal project manager role-we need someone with proven success managing large-scale customer deliverables and navigating the complexity of dependent internal functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer-facing engagement throughout migration projects, serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise banking clients
  • Collaborate with customers and product team to design highly customized solutions that address complex, unique business requirements
  • Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility of custom designs and drive successful build-out of platform enhancements
  • Manage multiple concurrent migrations with varying complexity levels, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across time zones
  • Own the complete customer journey from pre-migration planning through go-live and post-launch optimization
  • Identify and communicate business impact of technical decisions and trade-offs
  • Track migration metrics, customer satisfaction, and product quality throughout delivery
  • Continuously improve processes, documentation, and best practices based on lessons learned across migrations

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in direct client-facing product roles with proven track record managing large-scale enterprise deliverables (PM, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations and system integrations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, highly customized customer projects while maintaining product integrity
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills-you thrive working between customers, product, and engineering
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent large-scale customer projects with competing priorities and dependent internal teams
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving customer requirements and external-facing accountability
  • Track record of success in customer-centric delivery environments-NOT internal project management

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in FinTech or financial services software
  • Direct experience with equity management platforms (Certent, Shareworks, or similar solutions)
  • Familiarity with enterprise banking or alternative asset management workflows
  • Experience with BI/reporting platforms and financial data management
  • Track record managing large-scale customer migrations or transformations

What You'll Bring

Customer obsession. You genuinely want to understand what your customers are trying to achieve and will roll up your sleeves to remove blockers. You're comfortable in the gray areas of a complex project and can navigate ambiguity with pragmatism.

Cross-functional influence. You don't have direct reports, but you drive alignment across product, engineering, and customer teams. You earn credibility through judgment, communication, and follow-through.

Technical fluency. You understand system architecture, API integration, and data workflows well enough to have informed conversations with engineers and spot realistic vs. risky approaches.

Execution focus. You balance strategic thinking with getting things done. You prioritize ruthlessly and deliver results even with incomplete information.

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 111,000.00 to 139,000.00 USD Annual.

For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.

We are committed to pay transparency and fair compensation practices. If you have questions about our compensation approach, please don't hesitate to ask during the interview process.
