What you'll do- You will report to the Project Manager
- Organize and manage medium to large size projects and aid in program execution. - 60% of time
• Create project plans, monitor schedules and expenses that successfully
deliver the project vision and requirements within the scope, time and quality constraints.
• Provide metrics and reporting to ensure projects are on track
• Responsible for timely Risk/Issue identification and mitigation
• Manage matrix teams that span multiple internal organizations (Facility Operations, Platform Operations, Account Management, Finance, Accounting and Information Technology Development, etc.) and external customer/vendor organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure project progress is effectively tracked.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Negotiate priorities and project plans to align business objectives with customer expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and support the implementation of improvements.
- Demonstrate openness to feedback and independently adapt approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work with data files and ensure the integrity and accuracy of project deliverables.
- Coordinate technical aspects of Customer Communications Management solutions, including:
- Print and Mail
- Electronic Statements and Email
- SMS/Text and Interactive Messaging
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
- Websites and Digital Channels
- Field Force Management Systems
- Database Platforms
- Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance
- Security-related initiatives
You should have - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Proven project management experience in a technology or software delivery environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of Customer Communications Management (CCM) products and solutions.
- Experience working with data files.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience working within Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to receive feedback and proactively adjust to achieve successful outcomes.
Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience using ADO
Experience working within regulated or secure environments, including PCI and security-related initiatives.
Have exposure or experience in Smartsheet

Position Pay Range:This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$94,774.40-$151,635.87
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
