ResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.
This role supports a federal financial regulatory agency responsible for maintaining stability and public confidence in the nation’s financial system. The work involves activities related to the oversight, management, and resolution of failing or failed financial institutions, ensuring operational readiness, informed decision‑making, and continuity of critical financial services.
Work Location: This role is based in Arlington, VA and or Dallas, TX and will require you to reside close to either of these cities.
Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager has overall responsibility for project execution and deliverables, including resource allocation, schedule management, team performance and accountability, and stakeholder communication.
- The Project Manager is responsible for the quality of all program deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards.
- The Project Manager will track and monitor project health and team assignments.
- The Project Manager will present materials to the managers and staff as needed. He/she should have strong experience in project management, developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management and team members.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
