  • Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all project activities
  • Manage risk by proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and support Project Managers and project team members to strengthen overall performance

About this opportunity

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. is hiring a Senior Project Manager in our Castle Rock, CO office to lead the successful delivery of large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role provides strategic project leadership, overseeing budgets, contracts, schedules, and team coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager also mentors project team members and helps drive consistency and excellence across the organization.
