Overview

A Senior Project Manager manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Makes independent analyses/assessments/decisions related to key aspects of projects or overall project planning and execution. Develops and implements project plans and strategies in accordance with supported customer requirements, policies and guidelines. Mentors and develops Project Management teams in coordination and preparation of project documentation and briefing materials to clearly communicate project strategies, goals and objectives, and supports project execution within established cost, schedule and performance parameters. Analyzes departmental requirements, develops course of action, makes sound recommendations and implements actions to ensure success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project portfolio and Project Management teams, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple complex and high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Provide strategic direction to the company, shaping long-term business goals, market expansion strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, government agencies, and high-profile clients, representing the company's interests at the highest level.
  • Lead efforts to identify and secure major projects and contracts, collaborating closely with the business development team and other executives.
  • Drive innovation within the organization, exploring and implementing new construction technologies, sustainable practices, and operational efficiencies.
  • Mentor and coach senior leadership, project managers, and other staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and ethical practices across all projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set the company's strategic direction, establish performance metrics, and monitor progress toward organizational goals.
