Join a leading Transportation - Highways team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll play a key role in delivering some of Ontario's most challenging and high-profile transportation projects.

You'll lead complex MTO highway design assignments, including highway components of major P3 and alternative delivery projects, while bringing your technical expertise and project leadership to work that directly impacts mobility, safety, connectivity, and the communities Ontario serves.

You'll collaborate with talented engineers, project managers, and technical specialists in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment where complex challenges create opportunities to innovate and grow.

You'll be part of a connected, multi-office transportation team, collaborating with colleagues, clients, and technical specialists across Ontario.

Your Impact
  • Lead the delivery of complex MTO highway design projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop and deliver highway design solutions for large-scale transportation infrastructure projects focused on improving safety, mobility, and efficiency across Ontario.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of MTO projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and quality standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Work closely with clients, government agencies, partners, and stakeholders to align project objectives with broader transportation and community needs.
  • Lead and contribute to proposal development, project pursuits, and cost estimates for high-profile transportation projects.
  • Support the delivery of P3 and alternative delivery projects, leveraging strong project management and MTO experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery through innovation, best practices, and sustainable transportation solutions.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, coordinators, and emerging project professionals, supporting their development and growth.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted project advisor, providing clarity and leadership on complex transportation challenges.
What You Bring
  • P.Eng. designation in Canada; Ontario registration preferred.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Strong, hands-on MTO highway design experience - required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing MTO projects, with experience in P3 and/or alternative delivery models.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage complex project requirements.
  • Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, quality management, risk, and delivery requirements.
  • Experience with contract documentation, project scheduling tools, proposal development, and cost estimating.
  • Strong client, stakeholder, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate strategic decisions and competing priorities.
