Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical projects ($3M+)
• Strong technical understanding of electrical installation methods and materials
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficient organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Dependable and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to travel long distances within Oregon
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Field experience is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project engineers and support staff
• Oversee all administrative tasks for assigned projects
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status and collection
• Develop project budgets and labor task codes
• Draft and negotiate change orders
• Monitor and document project progress with monthly job projections
• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and track responses
• Manage product submittals and purchasing of major subcontract items
• Participate in job site meetings and regular check-ins with foremen
• Establish and manage project schedules, resolving conflicts as they arise
