SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager reports to the VP of Operations or Senior Project Manager as directed. Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: performs project coordination duties; performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit; performs or supervises project activities; and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of all phases of construction.
- Knowledge of scheduling complex projects.
- Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.
- Ability to provide leadership for projects and company.
- Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.
Education & Experience
- B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
- 10 years' experience in the construction industry with a minimum of years' in project management.
