ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a heavyweight Senior Project Manager for an immediate, high-visibility temporary-to-permanent role. In this position, you will own the end-to-end execution of work for one of our largest and most matrixed CPG accounts.

This isn't a role for a passive note-taker; we need a strategic operator who can step into an active ecosystem, gain immediate credibility with senior stakeholders, and keep multi-million dollar cross-functional initiatives on time and on budget. Because this is a contract-to-hire position, we are looking for someone who treats this from day one as a long-term home.

Responsibilities include:
  • Own the Account's Engine: Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of complex, multi-tier CPG initiatives spanning product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, packaging updates, and digital activations.
  • Manage Enterprise Stakeholders: Serve as the central hub connecting client brand managers, creative teams, supply chain partners, and external vendors.
  • Scope & Resource Forecasting: Build precise project roadmaps, manage complex budgets, allocate internal resources, and proactively mitigate risks before they hit the timeline.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows and implement agile or hybrid methodologies to streamline delivery for this fast-moving account.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of rigid organizational mastery and fluid relationship management. CPG accounts are notoriously fast-moving and subject to supply chain or retail shifts-you must be someone who stays calm in the chaos.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally split between a fast-paced agency environment and enterprise corporate accounts.
  • Deep CPG Experience: You must speak the language of consumer goods (retail timelines, cross-functional brand matrixes, packaging regulations, and multi-channel campaign rollouts).
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to the Minneapolis area to align with client and team touchpoints.
  • Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency with enterprise PM tools.
