Description

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager, M&A Integration owns day-to-day execution of Weber's integration project management office (IMO), reporting directly to the SVP of M&A and Integration. This is a build role, not a maintenance role: the successful candidate will run and continuously refine the operating rhythm, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination across a live, concurrent multi-deal pipeline, with regular travel to newly acquired facilities. As deal volume scales, this role has a defined path to leading a small integration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the M&A integration task library and playbook across all active transactions, translating deal-specific requirements into workstream plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Run the executive integration operating cadence, including weekly workstream stand-ups, biweekly leadership integration reviews, and monthly steering committee updates, producing concise, decision-ready materials for leadership and the Stellex sponsor.
  • Track integration risks, issues, and open decisions to closure; escalate blockers early with a recommended path forward rather than a status flag.
  • Partner with FP&A/Pricing, Sales, Operations, HR, and IT workstream leads to sequence Day-1, Day-100, and full-integration milestones for each acquired entity.
  • Maintain the cross-target facility and integration dashboard, keeping real estate, headcount, systems, and customer-transition data current and audit-ready.
  • Support the pre-close-to-post-close handoff: work with the deal team to translate diligence findings into an integration-ready task backlog before close.
  • Travel to acquired facilities to run on-site integration work sessions, validate operational assumptions, and troubleshoot issues in person.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into integration health across every active deal.
  • Identify gaps in Weber's integration methodology and drive continuous improvement of the playbook as the platform scales.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 2-3 years specifically in M&A integration, an integration management office (IMO), or post-merger integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent, cross-functional workstreams against tight deal timelines.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build trackers, dashboards, and executive-ready materials from scratch.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite and private equity sponsor stakeholders, including board or investment-committee-level presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate ambiguous, fast-moving deal information into clear, structured plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30-40%, including multi-day trips, weighted toward active deal windows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or an equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in logistics, 3PL, warehousing, transportation, or broader supply chain operations.
  • Prior experience at a private-equity-backed portfolio company or on a corporate development / deal team.
  • Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and warehouse operations fundamentals.
  • Experience standing up an integration playbook or IMO function from scratch, rather than only executing an existing one.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role is based primarily in a standard office environment at Weber's Santa Fe Springs headquarters, with regular travel to active warehouse and distribution facilities during site visits. Site visits require adherence to facility safety protocols and appropriate PPE. The role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use standard office and presentation equipment, and travel by air or car as business needs require.
