Reports To

PMO Manager

Key responsibilities:
  • Full end-to-end ownership of project execution.
  • Management of contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables.
  • Development and maintenance of project execution strategies and integrated schedules.
  • Financial management of the project including budget monitoring, cash flow, forecasting and margin protection.
  • Coordination of all internal functions and external stakeholders.
  • Customer relationship management and executive-level communication.
  • Risk and opportunity management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Management of variations, claims and change orders.
  • Governance of project reporting and performance measurement.
  • Leadership of project reviews and steering meetings.
  • Final project close-out and lessons learned activities.


Governance Responsibilities
  • The Project Manager acts as the integrator of all project disciplines, ensuring that all activities remain aligned to project objectives and contractual requirements.
  • The Project Manager is accountable for maintaining an integrated view of project execution and for driving timely decisions whenever conflicts arise between schedule, cost, quality or technical priorities.


Commercial & Contract Administration
  • Manage customer contracts throughout execution.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks.
  • Lead change management processes.
  • Support preparation and negotiation of claims.
  • Protect project profitability and cash collection.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Executive Management on contractual matters


Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • The Project Manager is expected to provide strong leadership across multifunctional teams and create a collaborative project culture. Emphasis is placed on stakeholder management, communication, transparency and proactive problem solving.
  • The role regularly interfaces with customer project executives, EPC Contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and senior internal management.


Project Controls & Performance Management
  • Monitor KPIs and project health indicators.
  • Drive schedule performance and recovery plans.
  • Review cost forecasts and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
  • Governs Project balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Monitor resource utilization.
  • Lead risk reviews and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure accuracy of project reporting.
  • Support PMO governance processes and stage-gate reviews.
