About the Position
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the execution of high-end tenant improvement projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with a team of professionals, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of high-end tenant improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Develop, implement, and manage project schedules, ensuring effective coordination between teams and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the project team and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated financial parameters.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
