Job Title

Senior Project Manager

About your role:

You will lead delivery activities for initiatives supporting the Fiserv Sales Tech environment. You will work across business and technology teams to define plans, coordinate execution, manage risk, and maintain project visibility for stakeholders. This role is important to delivering well-governed projects that align technical solutions to business objectives and support timely completion of strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for initiatives within the Sales Tech environment, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate meetings to gather business and functional requirements, document decisions, and translate objectives into project plans, task lists, and status communications
  • Coordinate work across internal teams and external resources, including information technology management, architects, database administrators, network teams, and Salesforce professionals, to support execution against established milestones
  • Monitor project progress, assess risks and dependencies, and implement issue resolution plans with stakeholders to maintain delivery objectives
  • Track project accounting, support estimation activities, and provide regular status updates, progress reporting, and narrative summaries for team members, business requestors, and executive stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle by setting expectations, communicating guidelines and deadlines, and driving accountability for deliverables
  • Support onboarding and project readiness activities for new team members through knowledge transfer, planning support, and documentation alignment

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience managing projects or programs within information technology, sales support, financial services, or a related business environment
  • 4+ years of experience developing project plans, budgets, status reporting, risk registers, and lifecycle documentation for cross-functional initiatives
  • 4+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering, estimation sessions, stakeholder meetings, and delivery reviews with business and technical teams
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise technology teams, including IT management, architects, database administrators, network teams, or platform specialists such as Salesforce professionals
  • 3+ years of experience using project management methods, tools, and reporting practices to track deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and project accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate business and functional objectives through plans, written narratives, presentations, and verbal updates to team members and executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, project management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting projects in a Salesforce or sales technology environment
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or other high-volume regulated industries
  • Experience with formal project management frameworks, methodologies, or equivalent delivery practices
  • Experience supporting onboarding, mentoring, or work coordination for project team members

How you'll work:

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range:

$78,000.00-$115,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
