Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager position reports to the Director of Clinical Effectiveness, and will provide strategic project management, analysis and strategic decision-making support for Providence Medical Group. This position will establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and staff at all levels. This position will provide project management to the PHC service area, composed of providers, clinical and administrative subject matter experts focusing on improving clinical quality, patient experience, and decreasing the total cost of care. Including, clinical excellence, clinical standardization, patient safety, comparative effectiveness and clinical advancement.
Required qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, or clinical field or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years of years of experience in project management, healthcare administration, or clinical field -or- equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of proven track record in managing multiple complex high profile projects simultaneously and driving towards successful results.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Business
- Certification in process optimization (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, CQIA, or other nationally recognized certification) upon hire
- 2 years of health care experience in an operational area
