The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, to complete it on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify the resources to complete the project. Prepare designs and work specifications; develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Communicate with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Set priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones. Begin to influence department's strategy. On moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and perform work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Previous Project Management experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred QualificationsReside in one of the following states: Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
