Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is passionate about managing cross-functional stakeholders and balancing project scope and timelines. What You’ll Do:
Support and execute large and small-scale projects that contribute to broader business initiatives
Coordinate projects based on defined priorities while ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met
Track risks and issues, mitigating and escalating them as needed to manage project impacts
Assist in the planning, design, management, and execution of project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
Assist in identifying ways to improve and streamline business processes
Help put structure in place to manage work and demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Demonstrate strong communication and partnership skills to interact with stakeholders across teams to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery
Basic Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
4+ years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
