Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
• Registered Architect in Ohio with NCARB certification or eligible for reciprocity
• 10+ years of relevant experience in architecture
• Experience developing fee proposals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
• Client interfacing expertise
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and adaptable with learning capabilities for virtual tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, work plans and financial budgets.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders for effective project delivery.
• Review and approve design documents for compliance with local building codes.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Facilitate key project meetings, including design reviews and contractor coordination.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation throughout all phases of the project.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as the primary contact for issues resolution.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
