  • Facilitate collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, and Legal functions.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches, based on project needs.
  • Lead project reviews, steering committee updates, and executive communications.
  • Establish project structures, governance, and accountability mechanisms to support successful execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, decisions, and action plans.
  • Drive projects forward in environments where objectives and requirements may evolve over time.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement continuous improvement practices across the PMO.
  • Cultivate strong, responsive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are consistently met and exceeded.

Accountabilities

  • Successful delivery of assigned projects On-Time, On-Budget, and In-Scope.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to drive progress and achieve results in complex, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Champion project management best practices while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
  • Contribute to the continued development of Arclin's Enterprise PMO capabilities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP, CSP, CTC, or equivalent project management certification required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, new product development, or related business environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience utilizing both traditional project management methodologies and Agile principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Planner.
  • Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes.

Preferred

  • Experience within manufacturing, specialty chemicals, industrial products, or technology-driven environments.
  • Experience supporting Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, or New Product Development organizations.
  • Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise PMO organizations and governance processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
