We are looking for a Senior Project Management Spécialist to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple CTS, Cyber Security, and ITS projects, ensuringalignment with business objectives, security requirements, and governance standards;
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource assignments to ensure project objectivesare achieved;
  • Manage projects through all lifecycle phases, ensuring milestones, and targets are met;
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions, implementing correctiveactions as required;
  • Coordinate and administer project change requests in accordance with approved governance processes;
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, providing regularupdates to stakeholders and senior management;
  • Coordinate with respective team leaders to identify resource requirements, assign resources, andoptimize capacity to support the successful delivery of project objectives and timelines;
  • Engage stakeholders, clients, and business partners to gather requirements, resolve issues, and supportsuccessful project outcomes;
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlogmanagement activities;
  • Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, approvals, and closeout activities are completed incompliance with organizational standards and policies;
  • Coordinate release management activities, ensuring releases are planned, documented, reviewed,approved, and implemented in accordance with established change management requirements;
  • Support the coordination and management of dependencies, risks, reporting, and delivery activitiesacross multiple workstreams, including infrastructure, cyber security, and strategic technology initiatives;

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme collégial en technologies de l’information, gestion de projet, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe;

  • Minimum de dix (10) années d’expérience récente démontrée dans la réalisation de projets touchant les infrastructures TI, la sécurité des réseaux, la cybersécurité ou la transformation technologique;

  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience récente démontrée à titre de spécialiste principal(e) en gestion de projets, responsable de projets de définition et de mise en œuvre de modernisation des infrastructures, de cybersécurité et/ou de transformation technologique dans des environnements complexes;

  • Expérience démontrée dans la mobilisation et l’influence des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l’organisation, y compris la haute direction, les intervenants d’affaires et les équipes techniques, tout en communiquant efficacement de l’information complexe, tant technique qu’organisationnelle, à des publics techniques et non techniques;

  • Connaissance approfondie et expérience démontrée dans l’application des principes, processus, outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet du PMBOK tout au long du cycle de vie d’un projet;

  • Expérience démontrée dans l’analyse des risques, enjeux, dépendances et impacts de projet, ainsi que dans l’élaboration de recommandations fondées sur les données afin de soutenir les objectifs de projet et la prise de décision en matière de gouvernance;

  • Le ou la consultant(e) doit être admissible à l’obtention de la cote suivante : Cote de fiabilité (Reliability Status) exigeant un minimum de cinq (5) années d’historique personnel vérifiable.

  • Excellente communication en anglais.
