Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Lead for a remote, hybrid, and an on-site, full-time position in Albany, GA to support the Program and Logistic Coordination Support of the Secondary Repairable Program (SECREP).
This position has an anticipated pay rate of $56 to $58 per hour.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain overall responsibility for the program.
- Provide management and oversight for at least 25 contract personnel.
- Ensure adequate and qualified staffing for all functions.
- Maintain close communication with the government customer to ensure that all program objectives are being met and that all deliverables are timely, of high quality; and of value to the customer.
- Facilitate program improvements.
- Provide ability to deliver complex support requirements in meeting PWS requirements on time and within budget.
- Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.
- Any additional items that are typical of or related to the work of the Senior Project Lead.
Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in the following:
- Integrated logistics and support assignments that required a range of knowledge of logistics or supply requirements and techniques.
- Project Lead experience managing Government contract projects.
- Military supply and maintenance experience as it relates to wholesale and retail SECREP management.
- Managing diverse geographically separated personnel.
- Providing oversight of at least 25 personnel in supporting Military logistics activities around the world.
