Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field, or high school diploma with 5+ years relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-plant or multi-unit projects is preferred.
• Training in project management, food safety, associate safety, P&L principles, and supply/manufacturing practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop execution strategies for site projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders using storytelling and visualization techniques.
• Ensure Site Readiness plan aligns with project milestones.
• Document success criteria and confirm project completion through proper handover sign-offs.
• Facilitate technical commissioning by ensuring timely provision of resources and identifying risks.
• Ensure new projects achieve outlined benefits and KPIs.
• Integrate Operations & Maintenance training into project schedules and track completion status.
• Implement strategies for efficient materials conversion into quality products while maintaining a zero-waste approach.
• Identify and address execution process gaps to drive cross-functional improvements.
• Proactively communicate site needs and manage risks impacting project outcomes.
• Drive accountability and support cross-functional collaboration to meet project milestones.
• Support other initiatives based on project workload to extend value beyond project scope.
