Everhart Architecture Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to take ownership of residential projects from field documentation through completed construction documents while serving as the firm's technical leader alongside the owner.

Responsibilities
• Lead residential projects from concept through construction documents.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality, and buildable drawing sets.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure technical excellence and quality across all projects.
• Mentor team members and support production leadership.
• Solve complex design and constructability challenges.

Qualifications
• Architectural license preferred.
• 5+ years of residential architectural experience.
• Strong technical expertise in construction documents and detailing.
• Proficient in Chief Architect, Revit, or similar software.
• Proven ability to own projects and lead with minimal oversight.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
