The role supports department-led projects by providing standardized processes, tools, coaching, and visibility to enable effective project planning, execution, and reporting.

The SPA partners with employees at all levels of the organization to promote consistent use of PDRC frameworks, facilitate communication, surface risks and issues, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. While the primary focus of the role is governance and enablement, the SPA may periodically serve as the project lead for assigned projects when additional support or coordination is required.

The SPA acts as a champion for project delivery discipline at SESLOC, supporting the ongoing development and adoption of project delivery standards, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational priorities.
