Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Imaging Implementations - (Mississauga, ON)

Lead the delivery of a complex, enterprise-scale healthcare IT implementation program in Canada, driving customer success, program outcomes, and long-term strategic impact.

Your role:

• Lead end-to-end implementation program delivery, ensuring alignment with customer goals, contractual commitments, and business objectives while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary leadership contact for a large Canadian healthcare customer, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, information technology teams, government organizations, and partner organizations.
• Establish and lead program governance, including executive steering committees, risk management processes, escalation frameworks, and cross-functional decision-making forums.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary implementation teams and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Drive operational excellence through resource planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and team development.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree, in Program Management, Professional Services, Healthcare IT Implementations, Service Delivery, or a related field.
• Experience with Enterprise Imaging/PACS, VNA, RIS, EMR/EHR, cloud healthcare platforms, public-sector healthcare programs, or healthcare implementation delivery leadership.
• Your skills include program governance, executive stakeholder management, customer relationship management, financial planning and forecasting, resource planning, risk and issue management, contract and scope management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent.
• You’re an experienced leader with strong executive presence who can navigate complex customer environments, drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and lead large-scale implementation programs to successful outcomes.
• You have experience in healthcare information technology implementations and understand enterprise healthcare environments, including radiology workflows, healthcare delivery networks, and integrated delivery networks.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field based role.

The pay range for this position is $126,000 to $198,000.  The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
