SummaryProvides project/program management support to programs and/or projects ensuring that implementation and defined activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Manages projects/programs of varying complexity and size. Participates on teams through some or all phases of projects including Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring and Control, Project Closure. Ensures that the project plan, scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, risk, budget, and deliverables are in alignment with the project/program goals and objectives as defined by the statement of work. Facilitates the efforts of team members to achieve their project and/or task goals and initiatives.
Responsibilities- Assigns resources to programs, establishes program objectives, and monitors progress.
- Develops program plans, and facilitates resolution of all issues to reach program goals.
- Manages program budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets.
- Manages and communicates ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
- Participates in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications.
- Prioritizes, tracks and manages a portfolio of projects ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitors progress and adjusts schedules and resources to meet key goals.
- Identifies and minimizes risks and issues; escalates and mitigates as needed.
- Facilitates and guides meetings and program planning to ensure appropriate scope and resource allocation.
- May provide planning, design and implementation support to assigned area.
- May be responsible for ensuring successful integration of all project/program segments and services.
- May serve as primary liaison with project/program sponsors, customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications- Experience leading large IT projects (50 - 100 FTEs). IT Procurement experience - Required.
- 10+ years of project management experience - Required.
- The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large programs within at least one of the following: Army, USMC, Navy, Air Force and DISA.
Posted Min Pay RateUSD $150,000/Yr.
Posted Max Pay RateUSD $190,000/Yr.
Salary DisclosureActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
