Job Title: Senior Program Manager

The Opportunity:
  • Lead the delivery of a multi-team Agile program developing mission-critical GEOINT capabilities for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
  • Serve as the primary interface with Government program leadership, with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Direct a cross-functional workforce of engineers, developers, and delivery professionals in a SAFe-based environment.
  • Shape program strategy, growth, and customer relationships on a high-visibility national security program.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Representative, and mission stakeholders.
  • Lead staffing, hiring, and subcontractor management to maintain a fully resourced program.
  • Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, burn-rate analysis, and invoice review for a Time & Materials contract environment.
  • Direct Agile delivery cadence and ensure program commitments are met across Program Increments.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues; escalate with recommended courses of action.
  • Drive quality of contract deliverables, monthly status reporting, and program reviews.
  • Identify and support on-contract growth and new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience accepted).

Desired:
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
  • SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist, RTE, or LPM).
  • Prior experience supporting NGA or the Intelligence Community.
