Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced Program Administrator (Scrum Master) to plan, develop, manage and deliver an application, database and data administration system.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Work with client to manage and deliver projects within the client's governance processes and procedures and Project Management Framework.
  • Develop strategic, business and operational plans with client representatives
  • Provide advice on program-related issues, trends and strategic directions to internal and external clients
  • Work with client representatives to track and monitor project progress which includes, but not limited to tracking project risks, issues and opportunities and reporting in accordance with the department regulations, and preparing project status reports and dashboards as directed.
  • Work with client representatives to prepare briefings for senior management
  • Work with client representatives to manage projects using the Agile or hybrid Agile development methodology, which includes performing duties as a Scrum Master.
  • Analyze trends and developments in major high-profile projects
  • Lead and facilitate the typical Scrum ceremonies when required, which include, but not limited to Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, etc.
  • Prepare progress reports related to Agile development, which include, but not limited to, burn-down/burn-up charts, defect reports, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Over five (5) years experience as a Program Administrator or Project Manager
  • At least three (3) years experience as a Scrum Master within the last eight (8) years
  • Hold a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation
  • Hold a valid Government of Canada Security Clearance at the Enhanced Reliability level (Level I)
