In this role, your work will directly
reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance quality-impacting both our customers and colleagues on the shop floor. You will empower teams to adopt
practical lean methods that make daily work smoother, safer, and more effective.

continuous improvement is part of how we think and act. You will support diverse teams, encourage
inclusive collaboration, and ensure that improvements are sustained over time.
What You'll Be Doing- Analyze manufacturing and warehouse processes to identify waste and unlock productivity, quality, and flow improvements
- Facilitate kaizen events and improvement workshops to engage teams and deliver measurable results
- Develop clear project plans, dashboards, and visual tools that support decision-making and sustain improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to optimize end-to-end processes
- Coach teams on lean principles and daily management practices to build capability and long-term ownership
What We're Looking For- Hands-on knowledge of lean tools such as value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, and structured problem solving
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and improvements
- Effective communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence diverse teams at all levels
- Experiencein manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or data-driven continuous improvement environments
- Leadership mindset and behaviorsaligned with collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

- The targeted salary range for this position is $76,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
