Job Description:- Lead end-to-end client onboarding processes and implementation of software solutions for both new and existing clients.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate formal customer discovery sessions, technical calls, and onboarding activities.
- Resolve complex challenges that arise during implementation and delivery processes.
- Manage production releases with customers and ensure target go-live dates are achieved.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with product development teams to enhance software offerings,.
- Interface with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop strategic resource plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for software offerings and delivery methodologies.
Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in client-facing implementation or delivery roles.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Technical knowledge of software implementation processes and methodologies.
- Problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges during implementation.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in all deliverables.
Annual Pay Range:77,700 - 120,000 USD
