Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding processes and implementation of software solutions for both new and existing clients.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate formal customer discovery sessions, technical calls, and onboarding activities.
  • Resolve complex challenges that arise during implementation and delivery processes.
  • Manage production releases with customers and ensure target go-live dates are achieved.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with product development teams to enhance software offerings,.
  • Interface with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop strategic resource plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for software offerings and delivery methodologies.

Job Qualifications:

Annual Pay Range:
77,700 - 120,000 USD
