As a Senior Production Support Manager - Eligibility & Enrollment Systems, you will:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Production Support Manager to lead our technical support operations for mission-critical Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring system stability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous improvement of support processes in a high-availability environment.

Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of production support engineers and analysts across multiple shifts and time zones.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Define and track KPIs for system uptime, incident resolution, and service quality.

Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee day-to-day support operations for E&E applications, ensuring 24/7 availability and performance.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues

Technical Oversight:
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance for complex issues involving application performance, data integrity, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless support and deployment processes.
  • Drive automation and tool improvements to enhance monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders during major incidents and escalations.
  • Communicate incident status, resolution plans, and post-mortem findings clearly and effectively.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to influence application design for supportability and resilience

Candidate must have skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations or production support, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Eligibility and Enrollment systems, preferably in healthcare, government, or insurance domains.
  • Proven experience managing high-availability systems and large-scale production environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics), ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps), and automation frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle), APIs, and AWS Cloud platform.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Eligibility and Enrollment Systems.
  • Background in Agile/DevOps environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and crisis management skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $ 89,500 - 105,000 Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
