Shift: SHIFT1 Job SummaryThe Senior Scheduler is responsible for translating the approved production plan into executable
manufacturing schedules that balance
customer demand, plant capacity, material availability, and supply constraints. This role serves as a key link between Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Manufacturing, and Engineering, to
ensure production plans are achievable and aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules in SAP for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Monitor schedule performance, evaluate risks, constraints, and opportunities, and recommend solutions to ensure schedule viability.
- Utilize SAP planning tools to support scheduling, reporting, and operational execution.
- Partner with Information Systems teams on system issues, troubleshooting, testing, and process improvements.
- Build strong partnerships across functions to drive timely decision-making, ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Support S&OP activities and strategic supply chain initiatives as needed.
- Support Digital Transformation projects.
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience Requirements- 5 years of related experience, SAP experience, SAP APO preferred
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Perform effectively in a changing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
