  • Partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to validate market opportunities, accelerate adoption, and maximize commercial performance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prioritizing product investments by evaluating market demand, competitive differentiation, commercial potential, and build-versus-partner opportunities to maximize customer value and business impact.
  • Leading market validation, product definition, business case development, and requirements to enable successful execution by Technical Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and decision-support solutions that improve product value, user experience, scalability, and operational efficiency.

  • Leading commercialization efforts by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers to develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, packaging, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market plans.
  • Measuring product performance through market adoption, client feedback, competitive positioning, and post-launch analytics to continuously refine product strategy and investment priorities.
  • Collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align stakeholders, communicate strategic direction, resolve tradeoffs, and drive execution of key initiatives.
  • Partnering with Client Services to define scalable service, support, and operating models that enable successful product adoption and long-term client success.
