Who You'll Work With

You will work at the intersection of Sport, Marketplace, and Consumer Experience-partnering closely with Global and Geo Sport teams, Merchandising, GTM, Digital Product, Sales, and Marketplace partners.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Pre-Order Consumer Journey and supports the execution of Nike's Pre-Order strategy across seasons and marketplaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring Pre-Order product to life-ensuring alignment from intent to launch.

What You'll Work On
  • Support and drive execution of the Pre-Order line plan across Sport, Season, Geo, and Marketplace, ensuring key deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Partner with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to execute Pre-Order strategies across Global and Geo organizations
  • Track and manage end-to-end GTM readiness, coordinating inputs across Sport, Merchandising, GTM, and Digital Product teams
  • Analyze consumer and marketplace trends to support recommendations and inform planning decisions
  • Translate strategy into clear execution plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Support education and enablement efforts for Pre-Order across Sport and GTM teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, readiness, and operational clarity within the Pre-Order process

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • At least 4 years of experience in merchandising, product, GTM, strategy, or marketplace within a consumer-first organization
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
  • Understanding of product creation cycles, merchandising, and marketplace dynamics
  • Ability to turn inputs and data into clear plans and actions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
  • Passion for sport, culture, and consumer experience

This role enables the execution of Nike's Pre-Order offense-translating strategy into action and ensuring product is brought to market in a way that is aligned, timely, and consumer-right. Through strong execution and cross-functional partnership, this role helps scale Pre-Order as a consistent and reliable marketplace capability.

Position Location & Schedule

This position is based at our incredibly beautiful worldwide campus headquarters location in Beaverton, Oregon. You'll work a "4/1 hybrid" schedule - Mondays - Thursdays are in the office and it's optional if you'd like to work Fridays from the Nike campus office or your home office.
