ABOUT THE TEAMThe Corporate Systems team is responsible for building and optimizing the many systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril's supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We call this system-of-systems "CorpOS". Within CorpOS lies a suite of digital software solutions aimed at solving the problems for our growth, finance, people teams that interplays heavily with our ArsenalOS solutions that enable Anduril's engineering, production and sustainment departments.
ABOUT THE ROLEJoin us as a Salesforce Product Manager and help scale our Gov Cloud platform to empower teams across Anduril. You'll partner with Growth Operations, Business Development, Mission & Deployment Operations, Legal, Finance, and other critical functions that rely on Salesforce daily. WHAT YOU'LL DOProduct Strategy & Roadmap- Own the Roadmap: Define, manage, and execute a 12-18 month feature roadmap for the Gov Cloud CRM platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Prioritization & Negotiation: Skillfully manage competing stakeholder requests, prioritizing high-value initiatives that drive measurable outcomes and KPIs.
- Platform Innovation: Partner with Technical Architects and Developers to evaluate new Salesforce features, plan platform upgrades, and design scalable, compliant solutions.
Agile Execution & Delivery- Backlog & Sprint Management: Write clear, concise user stories with precise acceptance criteria. Manage backlog refinement and facilitate standard sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews).
- Hands-on Execution: Actively support the team by performing hands-on business analysis, light project management, and quality assurance (QA) testing.
- Release Management: Coordinate release schedules, create clear release notes and user documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, downstream system owners, and leadership to define requirements and manage expectations.
- User Adoption & Support: Drive user adoption and platform engagement through targeted training, community building, and ongoing feedback loops.
Minimum Qualifications:- Product Management: 5-7+ years of digital product management experience, with a proven track record of owning products from discovery to launch.
- Salesforce Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (specifically Sales Cloud).
- Agile Frameworks: Deep experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, and leading sprint ceremonies.
- Technical Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating closely with engineers and architects to design technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Direct experience with Salesforce Gov Cloud.
- Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds (Analytics, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with Einstein AI or Agentforce capabilities.
- Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or hands-on admin experience.

US Salary Range
$166,000-$220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
