AirStrip is growing, and adding a Senior Product Manager. Clinical Solutions will provide product portfolio management and subject matter expertise for FDA 510k regulated clinical alarm management middleware, including impacts from related ecosystem solutions such as mobility partners, data visualization, medical device integration, and predictive analytics, etc. Will work closely with Senior Program Manager to create and maintain a framework for Sales support and Service delivery that promotes growth in new orders and revenue recognition for all Alarm Management Middleware, Mobility and Waveform Visualization product lines. This position will also be responsible for building and elevating C-Level customer relationships in support of the sales process to position complex healthcare IT solutions. This position will work closely with the CTO, Innovation, R&D, Product, Marketing, Implementation, Sales and Services leadership to consult on all Clinical Solutions features and releases to successfully respond to market driven customer requirements. Will work bi-directionally with CTO and SVP to expand go-to-market globally and manage all regulatory requirements to execute domestic and international expansion.
Please note, this position requires up to 75% travel, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for defining and executing the portfolio's overall vision and strategy via oversight of the development roadmaps, release schedules, release scopes, competitive positions, and regulatory positions of the portfolio's individual products
- Interface at all levels within a customer's organizations and coordinate highly technical information, gather customer requirements and present product roadmap plans onsite and virtually.
- Hire, coach and direct a team of Product Managers
- Support Delegation of Authority for alarm management middleware project scope of works, serving as a check/balance resource for Solution Architects
- Effectively communicate Product Management feature release schedules to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Support Sales and Services ADPIE activities related to alarm management workflow analysis, technical/architectural consulting, and project management.
- Lead and maintain innovation and testing lab environment for product portfolio to support "Day In The Life" workflow whiteboard sessions and simulations for internal team members and customer stakeholders
- Manage documentation and filings required for domestic and international regulatory clearances
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; in a technical field, healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 10+ years experience supporting selling activities and service delivery in healthcare software and solutions with a sustained and demonstrable record of success in Digital Health, Healthcare IT, Alarm Management, Clinical Communications and Patient Monitoring.
- 5+ years of acute care clinical workflow knowledge required to effectively establish credibility and position solutions targeting clinical and operational workflow improvements.
- Selling complex, high value/high dollar solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- General office technology skills required (MacBook Laptop, Microsoft Applications, MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Monday, AI enablement tools)
- A passion for patient safety and workflow improvement
- Must possess excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment that collaborates with multilevel disciplines
