Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in enterprise software or SaaS, with 2+ years in a senior role preferred.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
• Strong grasp of software development processes and product life cycles.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver polished presentations and trainings tailored to diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging with a wide range of customers professionally.
• Proficient in agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to execution.
• Conduct market research to specify market requirements for present and future products.
• Drive collaboration with development teams and create requirements and user stories.
• Create marketing materials and sales tools in partnership with Marketing.
• Train Sales Support and Technical Support teams on product operation.
• Assist Sales team during large opportunities with product demonstrations and deployments.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
