Full Job Description
AT A GLANCE

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own patient acquisition across our brand and non-brand surfaces, and to be the senior product voice on one of our largest health-system partnerships (~$11M). You'll own the product and integration strategy behind our scheduling and discovery partnerships, working closely with commercial and BD counterparts, and translating those relationships into a roadmap that actually moves conversion.

You'll own how a patient moves from intent to a booked appointment, and the partnerships that make that possible.
Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Denver, CO office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
  • Address: 1801 California St. Denver, CO 80202
  • We are also open to candidates in our Fort Mill, SC office.
What You'll Do
Patient Acquisition Strategy
  • Own the patient acquisition strategy across brand and non-brand surfaces: how a patient moves from initial intent to a booked appointment.
  • Define what "improving scheduling" means across multiple product teams, and make the call when priorities conflict.
  • Set the test-and-learn agenda for lead conversion and own the outcomes, not just the roadmap.
  • Keep partner-facing integration work and on-site conversion work reinforcing each other instead of competing for the same attention.
Partnership & Integration Strategy
  • Own the product and integration strategy behind our scheduling network and discovery partnerships, partnering with commercial and BD teams on the terms.
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities and shape how they fit into the broader scheduling roadmap.
  • Determine how financing and payment partnerships fit into the patient acquisition experience.
  • Serve as the senior product voice on a major health-system partnership (~$11M), including account reviews and roadmap alignment.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Development
  • Partner with the Product Manager who runs day-to-day execution on the health-system account: align on roadmap direction while they own delivery.
  • Coach that PM on roadmap strategy and product thinking through a regular cadence, building their ability to plan further out and manage stakeholders independently.
  • Communicate strategy and progress clearly to engineering, design, and business stakeholders across more than one product team.
  • Represent the product organization in enterprise account conversations, including quarterly business reviews.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6-12 months in this role, you will:
  • Own and deliver a clear patient acquisition strategy across brand, non-brand, and your health-system partnership, with measurable lift in scheduling conversion.
  • Land a clear product and integration roadmap for your scheduling-network partnership, plus a documented point of view on at least one new discovery channel.
  • Walk into partner account reviews as the confident senior product voice, with a clear point of view on how the partnership serves both the patient experience and company priorities.
  • Show concrete evidence that the PM you're coaching is growing: stronger roadmap framing, better forward planning, more independent stakeholder management.
  • Keep the product teams you influence aligned on a shared patient-acquisition thesis.
  • Have a documented view of what patient acquisition looks like 12-18 months out, and what it will take to get there.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management, with direct ownership of a product area that has high leverage on business outcomes.
  • Proven experience owning the product strategy behind a partnership or integration, working closely with commercial or BD teams on deal terms.
  • Experience with conversion-funnel, scheduling, or booking product work.
  • A track record of aligning multiple teams around a shared strategy without having direct authority over all of them.
  • Comfort operating as the senior product voice in enterprise account conversations.
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to build a business case and defend it to stakeholders using data.
  • Experience in healthcare, marketplace, or two-sided platform businesses is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives with real partner and account exposure and can operate with minimal day-to-day management support.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Starting Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 (add if applicable: plus stock options, bonus or commission potential )
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)

  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Pharmacy Benefits
  • Income Protection Plans
