WHOOP is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of the WHOOP core member experience, with a primary focus on Sleep and Fitness. In this role, you will define how WHOOP surfaces data, insight, and guidance across two of the most critical pillars of health and performance - helping members build a deeper understanding of how they sleep, recover, and train. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring these experiences deepen member trust, reinforce WHOOP as the most accurate and actionable health platform available, and drive meaningful improvements in member behavior and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and drive the product roadmap for WHOOP's Sleep and Fitness experiences, aligned with company goals around trust, accuracy, and long-term member value
  • Lead the evolution of existing and development of new sleep and fitness features, from the morning sleep/recovery experience to workout tracking and everything in between
  • Translate complex physiological data and algorithm outputs into clear, compelling, and actionable member experiences that build lasting trust in WHOOP's health and performance intelligence
  • Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, research science, and design teams to deliver accurate, high-quality experiences grounded in science and member insight
  • Contribute to the evolution of WHOOP's core platform capabilities, ensuring sleep and fitness data and insight are effectively integrated across WHOOP surfaces and external partners
  • Define and track success metrics for sleep and fitness initiatives, with a focus on member trust, engagement, and behavior change
  • Collaborate across the Product team to maximize the impact of the sleep and fitness experiences, ensuring they connect meaningfully with recovery, strain, and coaching surfaces

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on consumer health, wellness, or data-driven products
  • Experience building products grounded in complex data or physiological signals, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical depth into intuitive member experiences
  • Technical fluency to engage deeply on algorithm outputs, data models, and system architecture, able to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science on technical tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated comfort with and usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate product execution
  • Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs between depth of insight and simplicity of experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority in complex, fast-moving organizations
  • Comfort operating across strategy and execution, from defining long-term vision to shipping high-quality product increments
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform prioritization and measure product impact
  • Experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to new or evolving product areas through strong prioritization and execution
  • Passion for building incredible consumer experiences in health, fitness, or adjacent domains
