Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, development, and delivery for an on-demand delivery platform, with a focus on enhancing driver experiences, optimizing last-mile operations, and improving the overall delivery experience. The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, UX, analytics, legal, compliance, and engineering to define product roadmaps, identify user needs, develop solutions, and deliver application features that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of consumers, merchants, operators, and other users to identify and solve product and experience challenges.
• Conduct and analyze stakeholder feedback, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure solutions address the right user needs.
• Work with senior management to create and execute the product roadmap across multiple functions.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure products and releases are delivered correctly and on schedule.
• Develop creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision and establish methods to measure product usage and impact on end users.
• Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, scoping, and executing critical product initiatives.
• Use analytics and data-driven insights to make decisions that improve teams, users, and products.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management and UX.
• 2+ years of experience leading product teams.
• Practical experience managing technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, SQL, and modern technology platforms.
• Experience working as a team lead across multiple disciplines to identify, scope, and execute critical projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience making data-driven product decisions.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to build trust across teams and create excitement around product challenges and initiatives.
