Albertsons is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of e-commerce fulfillment technology. This role is focused on building intuitive, efficient, and scalable tools that enable store associates to fulfill digital orders with speed, accuracy, and ease.

You will drive the end-to-end product experience for order fulfillment workflows, driving both associate productivity and customer satisfaction. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close partnership with Engineering, Store Operations, UX, and Data Science teams.

Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for in-store e-commerce fulfillment systems, with a focus on associate-facing tools and workflows.
  • Drive innovation in how store associates pick, stage, and complete digital orders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce friction in fulfillment operations through technology.

Associate Experience & Productivity
  • Build highly intuitive, mobile-first experiences that enable store associates to efficiently fulfill e-commerce orders.
  • Improve associate productivity through thoughtful UX design, real-time guidance, and workflow automation.
  • Champion a human-centered design approach focused on frontline usability.

Execution & Delivery
  • Own product delivery end-to-end: from problem definition and requirements to launch and iteration.
  • Translate operational needs into scalable product features, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to build reliable, performant systems that operate seamlessly in store environments.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and product outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Leverage data, user insights, and operational feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Define meaningful success metrics and use them to guide prioritization, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams to run experiments, validate hypotheses, and optimize product performance at scale.
  • Establish feedback loops and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility into outcomes and enable rapid iteration.
  • Partner cross-functionally to incubate and scale AI-driven innovations that redefine productivity and operational excellence in store environments.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and evolution, ensuring AI/ML investments translate into sustained competitive advantage and differentiated associate experiences.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Experience
  • 6-8 years of product management experience, with ownership of complex, large-scale platforms.
  • Strong experience building associate-facing or operations-focused software products, ideally in omnichannel retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful products that improve both user experience and operational efficiency.

Skills & Expertise
  • Deep understanding of mobile-first UX, workflow design, and productivity tools for frontline users.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
  • Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, and scalable platforms.
  • Familiarity with applying AI/ML to real-world product problems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
