Job Summary
TheSeniorProduct Manager,AbsenceManagementwill be a key member of the Product team. This role willbe responsible forthe end-to-end lifecycle of ourabsencesolutions,including strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution.In this role, you will champion a critical strategic initiative: bridging the gap between our absence management and behavioral healthsolutionsto create a unified,frictionless, and highly cohesive digital experience for our customers and their employees.
Your role will serve as the connective tissue between our clinical operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams, ensuring that we deliver best-in-class, integrated solutions that meet member needs and drive core business outcomes. This position reports to the Product Lead.
Primary Responsibilities
- Be a product thought leader for our absence management portfolio, driving the strategy, requirements, prioritization, and the roadmap for modernizing the leave experience.
- Own and manage the product backlog including writing detailed stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team to maintain high delivery velocity.
- Synthesize market needs into product requirements and drive alignment with leadership on roadmap prioritization and business value.
- Adopt AI for research, requirements, and prototyping; actively look for opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce operational friction and improve the customer journey.
- Lead workshops and other cross-functional exercises to explore product opportunities and validate assumptions through rapid experimentation.
- Articulate a compelling product vision and inspire cross-functional teams to rally around it, treating product features as measurable experiments that drive outcomes over output.
- Own the product roadmap for your business unit and execute with cross-functional engineering and design teams to deliver on it.
- Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge, go-to-market direction, and competitive positioning.
- Engage with customers and lend product thought leadership in support of further product development, customer success, and business development activities.
- Enable highest leverage work for yourself and others.

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management required; experience in HR tech, leave/absence management, or digital health is strongly preferred.
- Deep technical acumen anddemonstratedability partnering with Engineeringand Designto navigate complex workflow and data systems while building modern front-end experiences.
- Experiencewritingdetailed stories,managingand prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving, witha track recordof defining and measuring success through clear business metrics.
- Experience working in anagile development environment, with a strong understanding of how to sequence incremental value delivery.
- Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence,a collaborative working style, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity.

- Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
Compensation and Benefits

- The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
